Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only unless stated otherwise.

Commercial use requires a separate agreement & an additional fee that is 2.0× of the base price.

I can reject your commission request if it's beyond my capabilities.

I have the right to adjust your asking price if necessary.

I have the right to retain all copyrights to the commissioned artworks.

I, the artist, also have the right to post the commissioned artwork along with the commission watermark on my social media & display it in my portfolio.

Minor changes, such as colour, accessories, or any small details that are related, can be made during the sketch and/or line art phase.

Once the rendering phase has begun, no changes can be made, whether minor or major, such as poses, clothing, hairstyle & so on.

Final artwork will be sent digitally via email using Google Drive after final payment has been received.

I will not be responsible for any technical issues after the delivery of commissioned artwork, such as lost files, email errors, etc.

You, the customer, are responsible for storing the commissioned artwork securely.

Reposts are allowed as long as I receive proper credit as the artist.

Please do not resell, claim ownership of,/or modify the commissioned artwork without permission.

Absolutely prohibited to use the commissioned artwork for the purpose of selling NFTs and/or AI training-related purposes, such as AI-generated images.
